Movebot supports team migrations, regardless if you are a small team of 10 or a company of 1000. There are two ways to do large migrations, 1. is the bulk user import tool the other is using Movebot's copy and paste functionality.
Step 1: Configure a Team Migration with a single mapping
See our guides here on how to configure our Team Migrations. An example below is Dropbox for Business into Box, you can see we have selected a single user to map across.
Step 2: Copy and Paste the migration
Once you are back at the dashboard, you can copy and paste the migration job you just created or ran. Click the ellipse and select Copy and Edit
Step 3: Change the user or drive mapping
You will be automatically directed into the new pasted migration where you can change the user or drive mapping, your source and destination will remain the same.
Step 4: Adjust the name and settings
Here you can fine tune the settings for this specific migration and change the name of the migration. You can decide to either Save and Kickoff or Save if you intend on running it at a later date.
Step 5: Repeat as required
You will be taken back to the Migration Manager where you can see your newly pasted migration. Repeat steps 2 - 4 for as many users and drive migrations as you require.
Step 6: Manage and Monitor from the Dashboard
The Migration Manager dashboard will show you the status of your migrations, whether they have run, have any failures or how much data they have migrated per each job. You can also Start each migration from this view, if you hover over the migration job the Start button will appear.
